Study Visa

Canada continues to be one of the most attractive destinations for international students due to its world-class education system and diverse learning environment. In 2025, the government introduced a national cap of 550,000 study permit applications to manage growth and maintain the integrity of the system. Most applicants are now required to submit a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) with their application, confirming their inclusion in a province’s allocation. Additionally, IRCC has increased the minimum financial requirement to $20,635 to better reflect the actual cost of living in Canada. Eligible students may now work up to 24 hours per week off-campus during academic sessions. Certain categories like master’s and doctoral students, and those studying at the primary or secondary level, are exempt from the PAL requirement. These changes aim to ensure that students coming to Canada are better supported and prepared for success.

Visitor Visa

A Visitor Visa, also known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), allows foreign nationals to enter Canada for a temporary stay, such as tourism, visiting family or friends, or attending business meetings or events. Millions of visitors come to Canada every year to experience its natural beauty, culture, and hospitality.

To enter Canada as a visitor, most travelers need a valid TRV unless they are from a visa-exempt country. A visitor visa is typically granted for up to 6 months, and applicants must demonstrate that they will leave Canada at the end of their authorized stay.

A Business Visitor Visa allows you to enter Canada temporarily without a work permit, while you carry out international business activities.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Plan to stay in Canada for less than 6 months

  • Don’t intend to enter the Canadian labor market

  • Have a home business or employer outside Canada

  • Are visiting to attend business meetings, training, trade fairs, or site visits

Temporary Resident Permit (TRP)

A Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) allows individuals who are inadmissible to Canada (due to criminality, medical issues, or other reasons) to enter or remain in Canada temporarily. The TRP is an exceptional measure granted under certain circumstances where the individual’s need to enter or remain in Canada outweighs the reasons for their inadmissibility.

A TRP may be granted if:

  • The individual has a valid reason for entering or staying in Canada (e.g., family emergency, work obligations, or humanitarian grounds).

  • There are exceptional circumstances that justify their stay, despite their inadmissibility.

  • It is deemed in the public interest to allow the individual to remain in Canada temporarily.

To apply for a TRP, applicants must:

  • Show good reason for needing to stay in Canada temporarily (e.g., employment, family reunification, etc.).

  • Demonstrate that their stay will not harm public safety or national security.

  • Meet certain eligibility requirements for medical or criminal inadmissibility.

Work Visa

Canada is one of the most welcoming countries for skilled workers and professionals. With a booming job market, competitive wages, and a high quality of life, a Canadian Work Visa (Work Permit) is your pathway to career growth and long-term settlement.

Whether you have a job offer from a Canadian employer or qualify for an open work permit, we can help you take the next step.

Type of Work permits:

1. Employer-Specific Work Permit: Issued for a specific job with a designated employer. Requires an approved Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) unless exempt.

2. Open Work Permit : Allows you to work for almost any employer in Canada. Common for spouses of skilled workers/students, graduates on a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), or under special public policies.

Super Visa

The Super Visa is a long-term, multiple-entry visa that allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to stay in Canada for extended periods — up to 5 years at a time, without the need to renew their status.

It’s the perfect solution for families who want to spend more quality time together while avoiding the long wait times associated with permanent residency sponsorship.

Benefits:

  • Stay up to 5 years per visit (without having to leave and reapply)

  • Valid for up to 10 years with multiple entries

  • Faster processing than the family sponsorship stream

  • Allows longer, uninterrupted stays with loved ones in Canada
